Petrichor and vetriver
scents of summer
your cheeks
soft appams
my resolve is an apple pie
crusty outside
gooey inside
redolent of the tropics.
in an Island of imaginations
thoughts a done jigsaw puzzle
in the heat
crumbles to a heap at your feet
