The Floorless Room

I Wish that my Room had a Floor! 

I don't so Much Care for a Door,

But this Crawling Around 

Without Touching the Ground 

Is Getting to be Quite a Bore!

মেঝেহীন ঘর

বেশ হয় যদি ঘরের মেঝে একটা থাকে!

বিশেষ পাত্তা দিইনি কখনো দরজাটাকে,

কিন্তু এই নিরন্তর হামাগুড়ি দেওয়া

মেঝেটা যদিও যাবেনা তো ছোঁয়া

কি যে ক্লান্তিকর আপদ তা বোঝাই কাকে!
